hey whats goin on everybody? i just finished signing up, filling out the profile, ect... the only problem im really having is trying to figure out what meals to put down in the nutrition tracker. are the values regarding protein, carbs, fats, and calories that FT designates accurate? it says i should be consuming 600g carbs, 240g protein, 45g fat, and 3740 total calories. it seems like i'll be eating my weight in oatmeal and tuna just to come close!

Welcome to FT! You may have to adjust, as everyone is different but people are often surprised at how much they should be eating vs. how little. That doesn't mean porking out on junk foods, but the actual nutrition we need for energy.
