my g/f gets cold easily.. i know that women get colder faster and more often then guys but what causes this ?

she does take iron supplement but it doesn`t really help.

any ideas how and how to get rid off it (if possible)

lower bodyfat...poor circulation...not dressed for the occasion :)

well yeah she`s tiny, but not in her eyes

poor circulation might be the cause

I have the same problem. Especially in my hands and feet (extremities). For me its bradycardia and hypotension, a combination of a low heart rate and low blood pressure. both good things, but it causes poor circulation while resting. Dunno if this helps, but thought id try

You might tell her to ask her doctor about hypothyroidism.
