Hello all, have you noticed how many times you read on the muscle mags topics like add 1 inchor 2 to your biceps, calves, delts or other body parts. My questionis if one is able to add aninch of muscle to the biceps or the calves..how many pounds would one have gained aproximately??

I would say it would depend on if that 1 or 2 inch size gain is fat or muscle since muscle weighs more then fat. If it's mostly muscle, it'll be more weight than if it is mostly fat.

most of those articles are misleading they really mean add one inch to your arms today...because you have such a good pump afterwards that your arm is actually bigger but only temporary.
