There will be some weight gain from muscle gains becuase you are adding more tissue to your body. lean body mass is a healthy gain.

it is not necessarly to gain weight in order to gain muscle: you can be gaining muscle but at the same time losing fat. if so, your body weight wont increase.
althou, this is the perfect workout that everybody is looking for, but only very few can achieve.

well...your body weight WILL increase even though ur losing fat, because muscle is heavier than fat

Muscle is NOT heavier, A pound is a pound. Look at it this way Fat is like a 5lb bag of potatos, and Muscle is like a 5lb bag of sugar. Both weight 5lbs but the spuds take much more room up....
