All the ladies want are Guys with great asses. How do you guys keep your fanny in shape? without using those girly machines at the gym.

lol, yea, the girly machines.... we do squats, lunges, leg presses etc...they work your glutes pretty well

Sorry; You will find no secrets from the guys, its just a tough thing for everyone. Unless you want that lipo look like a freak thing done. I think that quickest choice to lose the rear end for anyone is a lot of intense cardio. "Work up to" about 30-40 miles a week of intense running, or say 100-200 miles a week of bicycling. Stick w/it for say 4-6 wks, then see if you still have a rear end problem? bet you wont. YEAH; I now it may sound extream. Butt-thats whats it all about.
