hulla :)

i really think that my chest is not in proportion with the rest of my muscles! in fact, if you were ever curiuos and took a look at stallone's muscles, i think i have more or less the same muscle structure.

i was thinking about working out on my chest for a 1 whole week, and leave the rest of my muscles to rest. however im not sure about this, and im also afraid that this might get me another injury (had an anoying lower back injury).

if you have the time, lemme know what you think about this :)
would be greatly appreciated!!

by the way, is there any universal way to messure one's body proportion?

thnx for ur time!

cheerz :)

x-cor, are you saying working out the chest every day on that week? if so, CAREFULL MAN.

on the other hand, if you are out of protportion, do you think a week will do the trick? do you think your chest will grow up more than it has grown for the past time you have been training? doesnt work like that.

why dont you look for chest specialisation routines, and for the other muscles, dont stop training them, just make the right amount of excercise for maintenance, but dont stop.

that made think, what can of a routine do you have right now? and more specifically, whats your chest routine?

no, not everyday of course. i was thinking for example pushing all my other sets to minimum and instead work on the chest every time (for a period of time).

currently, im working out 3 times a week about 1.5 - 2 hours every time:

monday - chest, biceps, forearms, abs
wendsday - back, legs, abs
friday - shoulders, triceps, forearms, abs

during my chest workouts, i give more attention twards the inners, since in the past i've been neglacting then and so my outer parts got developed abit more. that's what i do:
banch(flat) 4 sets
decline 2-3 sets
incline 2-3 sets (i dont go for the big weights on this one)
outers 1 set

the i usually finilize it with working on the inners again but with light dumbels.

the question is how can i build one muscle more the another while keeping more or less the same routine? :)

thnx for ur time
