Can someone recomend me a good combination of different products for gaining size. Right now I'm taking creatine, aminofuel, L-cartinitine and a Whey protein shake after training, is this to much?, should I cut some of these?, in which order should I take them or at what time of the day are they more effective?, if these are not good whichones are better? thanks

as it has posted many times prior: first off, the basis or your calories needed to gain size and strength is FOOD. you must take in lots and lots. after that, you can supplement (hence the name) with creatine, glutamine, a variety of proteins (i.e. whey+carbs after workout; milk and egg throughout the day), a multi-vitamin, even a weight gainer, etc. but you must be certain that your diet is in line first before you move on to the next stage with supplements.

I followed bb1fit's advice from a post a while ago and began eating a lot, and eating good. "Healthy" amount of egg white's for breakfast and some oatmeal, can of tuna and some fruit for brunch, medium size lunch with chicken breasts, tuna and fruit for afternoon snack, healty dinner portion, mostly chicken breasts, and tuna and fruit after dinner snack. I just like fruit. Cans of tuna make it easy to take with you but bring a toothbrush. Now I add 2 whey protein shakes during the day and creatine after workout. You dont notice the day to day size increases, but take a picture now and one in three or four months and you will. My bodyfat actually went down (suprisingly) just a little. I always thought supplements were the things that made you big but if you dont eat right, drink water, and train proportionately (no overtraining), your supplements are waisted money. Keep reading these posts, there are a lot of good tips and info. I have learned a lot.

As I found out, and I'll preach this until I'm blue in the face, you can forget about supplements if you're not eating right. You want to pack on size, well you can take all the creatine, glutamine, and whatever else you want, but it's not gonna do JACK if you don't eat enough. Eat, and then eat, then eat some more, you'll soon find out just how much of a difference it makes and how much faster you grow because of your diet.

A lot of people forget one of the best and most important supplements to building muscle---IRON, not the pill, powder, etc., but the plates and dumbbells.
