i really don't know what to call it....i have worked hard after having my daughter (now almost 4) but still can't seem to tighten up the lower back area....i don't need fat loss i need to tone it but have no clue what movements to do....if anyone has some helpful hints PLEASE let me know...
Toning is losing fat :) To strengthen it and doing back ups and "supermans" work well as well as deadlifts....but truly just adding muscle will not "tone" it...overall fat loss must occur.
