Hello all. I'm new tothis place and actually just signed up a few minutes ago. I thought I'd introduce myself and let you all know that I am very excited about losing weight. It's not for a health purpose more as a confidence boost. I am constantly comparing myself to others and want to be the person they compair themselves to for once. hopefully soon someone will look at me and say wow she looks great. I have done diets before but I always drop it when it geys hard so I might need a boost every now and then. Hopefully you won't think I'm a winer or quiter and maybe some of you kind people might be abl to tell me what you do to keep going when it seems it just isn't working fast enough or you want to cheat on your meal plan. Thanks and hopefully we'll all lose the weight together.:)lele2689

Lele...
First of all, it's good to see what others are doing, but don't lose your self-worth in doing so. Everyone, me included, is lacking in SOME way. But, it is healthy to want to improve yourself. That's why I did this too, and amd new to the site, but have always been athletic.
For the times you think it's not going fast enough, just remember what you set out to do, and what beautiful rewards await you if you keep with it. I am in that boat alot too!
Just remember, 'healthy' is a lifestyle, not a season! Dieting is for quitters who don't finish what they started.
Keep up the good work, keep that image of your new body in mind when you feel like giving up!
