I'm going away in a couple weeks and I'm trying to burn as much extra fat as i can so i have added 20 minutes of light cardio post workout. I was just wondering how i should position my post workout shake. Currently i've been following the common reccomendation of bb1fit by drinking half my shake immediately after working out and drinking the rest over the next hour. Now, should i wait till i'm done my cardio to start my shake or should i start drinking it while i'm doing the cardio? Thanks a lot
