I need help in getting started.
e.g. What foods I can eat? How many times a day?

Also I only have dumbells and the long bar with weights. I havent got a bench. I want to know if a routine work out can be made for me to use with the weights I have.

I really need to get started again. Im want to get my cuts/tone/bigger muscles and a six or eight pac before july.

Is this possible?

Im about 6foot1, I weigh about 14 Stone and Im 19 look and live like and Im as fit/healthy as any 20 year old if that matters. I just need the cuts and toned looked. I have no idea how to tone up my arms although Ive been lifting weights for months.

Weights:
1.1kg x 4
2.3kg x 8

Also I want to know how soon I can get my adominals to show? My stomach isn't completly flat but i can see four of my abdominals abit.

My aim is to be ready by june or july this year. Then from then maintain my size and build.

Is there a way we can talk instantly? Because when I click chat it doesnt work. If not please PM me or email me back thanks.
