Has any had good results with this stuff? It's made by Iron-Tek. How many scoops would be a good amount to take on workout days and non-w/o days?
FYI: I bought some today and I have to say that it is the best tasting protein I have had, ever. And I did mix it with water and it blends in real easily. Just a bit pricey but worth it if you consider taste.

It is highlighted with Micellar casein protein, very good stuff, and very creamy and smooth, thus the easy mixing and taste. It is however the slowest form of protein(absorbtion) and is probably not ideal for post workout. Any other time, sounds great.

Thanks.
Can anyone suggest what a good tasting post workout protein would be? Nothing too expensive though.

Try making your own at truprotein.com for a good price and you can get a flavor pack so your not stuck to just one flavor.

That's pretty good. I'll have to try it sometime.

I will tell you to pass on the kiwi strawberry. Tolerable at best!

The orange creamsicle was pretty good. The banana is also safe, as well as the chocolate.
Probably must note here, I do not get any sweetner added to mine. I do add aminogen though.
