Hello, I am new to the Free Training Community. I live and work in Northern Virginia/DC metro area and am beginning a new workout regimen. I have access to the sports club at work and plan on working out 3 times a week. I am 40 years old and a quite a bit out of shape, but have lost 30 lbs within last two years. I hope to work on muscle mass this year, and looking forward to a leaner me.
