I have read so many articles on thiw website that says I should eat carbs. But I have also found under the instruction of FT.com that it says to reduce my carbs and caloric intake, but increase my protein.
Can someone please explain, and if possible please provide a list of what is known as "Good Carbs", so that I am not eating things that are going to reverse the effect of my work out routine.

Ditto...and the carbs you do eat should be things such as whole wheat if you must eat bread, make sure it in the ingredients it says WHOLE WHEAT not enriched. Fruits are ok, just don't O.D. on them. As they said, great posts and threads on this here at FT!

carbs should never be thought of as a bad thing. They are very much a neccessity when trying to build strength and mass but if you are trying to cut try to keep them to a low and try to eat on whole wheat carbs as vedakathryn said. Brown rice is a also a good form or carbs if im not mistaken.

Bottom line, avoid all processed carbs like the plague.
