anyone get really tired like an hour after your work out? i always feel like i need a nap afterwards. anything help to make me not feel like this besides taking a nap?

Nope, that is natural for most. I get like that all the time after a good workout. I would make sure you are getting at least 8 hrs of sleep, and as your training progresses you should see a little less tiredness after a workout.

I dont get tired before or after and I get enough sleep. What happens to me is that during a really "good" workout, I will yawn and yawn and yawn. No fatigue, just yawning. I have no idea what that is from.

jimtors...yawning is your bodies way of drawing in oxygen when it needs it. Weird, huh? Lots of people yawn during their workouts for this reason. As far as getting tired, do you take a vitamin C and B complex after training? This combination will do it every time!

Make sure you are also replenishing your carbs. Simple carbs after a workout is crucial to proper recuperation.

yo zack if u want a boost during or after your workout have 2 or 3 banannas. I read it in mens fitness and tried it and it def. works.
