take a 5 pound weight tie a rope 4 ft long to the center hole, and tie a short stick to the other end.
Stand with your feet shoulder width apart, both hands holding the stick out in front of you (parallel to the floor) roll up the rope around the stick and then unroll it. Try 3 sets of 10. If the weight isn't enough then increase it.
If your at a gym you might find it near all the grips for the cable machines.

Does it take longer to build up the forearm than it does for a bicep or a tricep? Or is it just the way you work it out and the intensity? Is it part Genetic?
