I just got an arm cast taken off last week and it's obvious that I need more time to heal.
This couldnt come a worse time as I begin an extensive 12 week program starting the 18th to get "lean" for the summer.
My problem start when I have to turn my arms/palms up, curls in particular are excruciating..... but hammer curls are fine.
As long as my arm is in the palm down position I am fine...
Could you guys please help me find some good positions and form to do chest and arms without having my palms facing upwards?
And yes, I know I shouldnt be doing anything with a hurt arm but will anyways.

You answered your own question....you SHOULD NOT train right now....I know you want that 6pack for the summer....but you can do things that don't involve that now...I would do crunches/sit ups/leg raises (ie ab exericses)....and improve on your diet and do cardio exercise.......
but no weight training....take 2 more weeks off....just suck it up and do it...if you aggrevate the problem it can mess things up and be months and years before it goes away....(few people I know did this...so let's try to learn from other people's mistakes rather than our own)....
also once you get back.....start slow...and I mean SLOW....so do curls with like 5-10lb...if that's too easy....keep increasing weight...till you can do about 8-10 reps...but that's only once you're fully healed...
Menace is right. I hurt my shoulder but wanted to push thru it. Have been off the weights except for legs now for 9 months because I did that. I agree with cardio and legs and would lay off the arm for now. Also, you would not look too good this summer in another cast.
