Hi. My name is Mindie, and I am 27 years old. I am almost 5'7, and I weight 127 lbs. I would like to gain a little muscle, and tone my body (baby flab). I have never really given thought to what I eat. I am not big on junk food, but in the same note, I am not sure I eat very healthy either. I have a bowflex at home, and just made the decision last week that I am going to get into shape. I have worked out 6 out of 8 days so far. I have not idea what I am doing though. I do not want to loose any weight. I am not looking to really gain a whole lot, except a little muscle...I need to figure out a balance between the bowflex, cardio, and nutrition...any help would be greatly appreciated.

First off, fill out your profile.... let's us know more about you and your goals...
Secondly, choose a fitness plan from FT... lots of great plans here...
Then, follow your nutritional guidlines... keep track of what you eat and you're on your way!
Oh, and use Fit Buddy... great search engine for this site!
