Hi my name is Nick. The reason why I joined this website is becuase sometimes I just dont feel comfortable with my weight. I weigh 156 and am 5'6 Some people say that is healthy why others say I have a chance of going overweight. I am trying to acheive my goal of loosing 15 lbs. by Summer and gain some musscle. I am very open for and opinions.
Welcome to the site. 156 is not that terrible, if you are 15% bodyfat. If you are high on the bf try the definition & weight loss program from here on freetrainers it works great or get active with sports at school (even better). Don't be surprised when your weight goes up because you have put on some nice muscle.

Good to have you here at FT! You are right to look toward a healthier way of life, a lot of people (ahh hemm...me...) wait until it packs on refusing to see it is there! Never too early to start! The energy you receive from exercise, especially weight training for me, is such a wonderful daily experience! Go for it!! :)
