Hi,

I recently a 2 months ago I started to exercise due to some health issues, and began to lose weight. I bought thermadrol and 7keto, as I heard they were good supplements.
I injured myself several times (not during exercise) and had to stop exercising. I am still recovering from a sprain ankle at this. It's frustrating, I was weighed in at the Dr.s office and I have gained all my weight back!
I weigh 281lbs. Nutricionist told me I need to get to 190lbs
to be at 25% body fat.
Are the above supplements helpful for my goal as long long as I heat healthy and exercise? If not, what do you recommend for the amount I have to lose? How much exercise do I need to do per week in order to meet my goal?
What does everyone do to stay motivated? Any and all advice would be much appreciated.

Thanks!

I would drop the supplements for now and eat right and exercise, fat burning supplements will only make your wallet thinner. Seeing results helps keep me motivated as well as an image i have in my mind as to what i want to look like, everyone's different you need to find what works for you. there's some great info here as well as some people who have lost large amounts of weight who can help you along the way. Good Luck and welcome to FT.
