Good morning. My name is Marissa. I joined because I seriously need to lose some weight and needed some help/direction in doing so. I'm active duty military so being at a certain weight is HIGHLY important. I just had a baby 7 months ago, and had gotten down to my pre-baby weight, which was still high. Recently I noticed a slight gaining trend, so I need to kick it into high gear and lose everything I see in the mirror that just discusts me! Thanks to all of your help, support and suggestions, I hope to achieve my goals and finally be happy with the person that stares back at me in the mirror!! (and maybe fit into all my clothes in my closet!)

Hi Marissa and welcome to FT! This is a great site that has just about anything you want to know about weight training, etc. The people here are very supportive and always willing to jump in with advice when needed. You can also use the Fit Buddy at the bottom of the page to type in any questions you have. It will bring up all previous discussions on that topic. Glad to have you here and good luck!
