To just get into cardiovascular health, you can do a 2-3 per week session of about 15-25 min. right after weight training if you like. It does not have to be that intense, a fairly brisk walk on the treadmill or an average speed on a bike will do over a period of time. Should not have to worry at all about any mass loss with this type of cardio workout. Just consume your required intake of food and protein supps, and you should be fine. Some outside activities will help also, if it is not getting too cold where you are, like a Saturday afternoon bike ride, or a good hike on some state park trails. Good luck.
