Hi I have just joined today I am 36, 5,5" and weigh in at 140lbs, would like to reach my goal 130lbs, I am a terrible coffee addict ( upto 15 mugs of coffee a day ), my diet is not much better, so any advice gratefully received.
Welcome to freetrainers Suzy. With 15 mugs a day you should have no problem with exercise.!
