i have got an eight weeks advanced body building programme. i have to develope my collars which is not been included in my programme. Please include some exercise on collar in my shedule & also give some tips on breathing while performing all exercises included in my shedule.

By collars I presume you are talking about your traps? Depending on what you have access to, either barbell or dumbbell shrugs are great, and done in combination with upright rows should do nicely. Always breathout on the eccentric part of the movement, the work part, and breath in on the concentric part of the motion, the negative. Hope this is what you had in mind.

Isn't the eccentric negative (lowering) and concentric the lifting motion?
