Well my profile basically says it all. I'm pretty slim 142LBS and 6ft tall. Ok so maybe more on the "chilib"(stick) side. I've always wanted to really set up and stick to a workout plan but nothing too time consuming since i'm not really worried with muscle or my weight for that matter. Just want to tone up a bit and keep fit:big_smile:. With my genetic predisposition to diabetes/ cardiac problems i also constantly think about my diet and excersize and while my diet is good i'm really lacking on the excersize which is why i've been searching for a good schedule. Finally i found this site which is exactly what i needed and not a load of bull like other sites i've looked up and here i am.:)
