i have been working out for about 5 months at a gym. I have seen a big increase in weight and i am gaining mass on my muscle groups but i am just not seeing the definition that i am looking for. Is there anything to do that will increase the amount of definition i get?
what do you want, muscle or definition?
need to concentrate first on getting mass and then in cutting.
doing both takes along time and sometimes withoput the results your looking for or expecting
heres the facts..the more weight u lift, the more muscle mass you will gain(with proper nutrition of course)..and less fat you'll need to burn in order to see the muscle. you cant cut a muscle thats not big enough
