What is the absolute best exercise to perform when trying to build up the shoulder caps? Not necessarily trying to look like I have volleyballs sitting up there but softballs would be nice LOL!
Thanks

I like side laterals.

Any kind of medial delt raise. Such as mmailbohm says, side laterals with a dumbbell, one arm or both, cables work great also. Another is to lay on your side on a bench, and raise one arm with a dumbbell. Then turn on your other side and repeat.

Would the cross lateral raises specified on my FT program qualify? If not I may substitute one of the above for that particular exercise.
