Hi... I'm 21 female and i wanna loose 15- 20kgs without gaining any muscle. Im emotioanlly and mentally disturbed and i do not have a motivating parents and as a result I fail to follow up daily exercise routines. freetrainers is my last hope. Which exercise and how much of it is better to loose weight from all parts of the body. Apart from loosing weight i also want to look slimmer.

Why do not want to gain any muscle? Added muscle will increase your metabolism and aid in fat loss. Good clean healthy eating, cardio training and resistance training are all part of a good weight (fat loss) program. Get up and out be more active on a daily basis...do not blame your parents you are 21 and can do this for yourself. Find your motivation from within. You can do it...we are here to help but it is ultimately you who must find it in yourself to do it.
Best of luck!

Gaining muscle and losing fat= 'toning'

don't worry you will not gain a lot of muscle like a bodybuilder, because you don't have much testosterone in your body...being a female....

Your priority should be good nutrition.....

cardiovascular exercise....(3-4 days a week...at 65% of your max heart rate for 30-45 minutes a day)

as well as full body weight training 2-3 days a week....

The fact that you came to this website shows some drive...focus this drive to motivate yourself....no need to blame your parents, or anyone else....(unless they physically handcuff you to your couch/bed...lol).....

Before you begin....

write down a list of all the things you want to achieve.....for example....look better in your jeans, lose X amount, have a bigger booty, look slimmer/toned, have more endurance(so you don't get winded walking a block or stairs or whatever else for example), be stronger to function better in your life, etc....number them from easiest to hardest(you'll work from easiest to hardest...to give you highest chance of success....so no more coke/soda(or candy or whatever else) would be easiest for example vs losing 50 lb would be the hardest).....then sign it....and make a copy of it(I would also read the list to your friends and make a pledge to accomplish those goals...think of this as a contract between yourself and your friends/or whoever else)....and give it to all your friends...or any people in your life who does support you or has positive impact on your life(this will make sticking with program easier/slacking off harder...because they'll keep you accountable)....hang this list in a visible place...(refrigerator/door/etc)....and make sure to keep track of the goal you're currently working on...to keep you motivated....look at the list at least once a day....this may sound goofy....but give it a try...

hope this helps...
