I'M ONLY 150 LB,MOST OF MY WEIGHT IS ON MY UPPERBODY, MY LEGS ARE REALLY SKINNY,I HAVE A FLAT STOMACH BUT NOT A 6 PACK WHICH I WANT AND DONT KNOW HOW TO GET .NO MATTER WHAT I DO I CANT GAIN WEIGHT.ON THE REST OF MY BODY BUT MY STOMACH..ANY ADVISE APPRECIATED,,,NEED TO GET 6 PACK,GAIN MASS EVERYWHERE ELSE ON MY BODY.........THANX

You are probably a hardgainer. Don't be afraid to consume 3,000+ calories per day to gain mass. This was hard for me to do, but in order to gain weight, you have to try to consume more than your body burns in a day.

You might want to check out 'Massive Eating' at John Berardi's site (www.johnberardi.com).

It seems to work very well for most lean people looking to gain mass. Of course, be sure to workout real hard to make sure the additional weight goes to muscles and not fat.
