Hello all! I have just joind this great training site.
I have been working out for 8 months now, and I enjoy building my body to a better one, it makes me feel better also.
I have been better than before and bigger, but the problem is showing my abs, this is my biggest problem, many people tell me to run outside, I do that for 2 weeks now every week i run outside for 1 hour 2-3 days a week or so. But I may think it takes time, I do 5x15 crunches everyday. I hope this site will help me out because I think im eating wrong also, and Im realy confuced. I dont drink or eat pizza and all, I try to eat good-
I also did not trust the training plan I got from the fitness plan when I joined, they use to much maskines I dont think maskines are a good way to go.
