Ok this is kind of an odd question but i figured if this is a female discussion it isnt so wierd :) Im wondering if anyone knows of a good way to wear your hair while working out. i dont care how it looks but the classic ponytail is starting to wack me in the face plus it seems to start falling out (talking bout cardio). Any suggestions? thanks!

I always have my hair pulled back........
If it's too short to stay in a poney tail then why don't you use small plastic "tweezers" (I don't know if that's the right word for it!) to grap the locks?
It looks nice and it's handy! :)

Put your pony lower at the bottom and use a plain hair band, that might help.

I put mine in a ponytail for resistence training and then twist it around a chopstick and push the chopstick throught the "bun" to hold it in place during cardio. Actually I don't usually use a ponytail during cardio, jsut the twist. Don't do it too tight or you'll have a sore head!

I usually just throw on my baseball cap, sometimes put in a ponytail which I run through the little ponytail place in the back. I don't care what I look like, well, except for my cool blue shades.

I sometimes french braid mine - if I'm doing something that requires alot of head movements where it would hit me in the face
if I'm lifting then I do a super high ponytail so that I can lay my head flat on the bench

maybe if you put your hair up in a bun? then no hair would be hanging down to hit you in the face..or anywhere
