When in the day do you take CREATINE

After loading, your supposed to maintain with 5 grams a day. Do you take your one dose in the morning on an empy stomach, pre work out, or post workout. Also if it is pre or post work out how long before or after should you take it.

I take it in the morning on nonworkout days, then a little after the pwo shake on workout days.

take it pre-workout, 30-45 min before

I take it 30min before & 15min after. Spoonfed and washed down with a shake.
