How often should you train abs? and how much, Since my shoulder injury im going to cut down on lifting all together and just focus on abs and cardio. so i plan on doing like between 15-20 sets of abs daily. leg raises, crunches with weight, crunches on a decline bench, crunches without weight, and use the torso rotation machine for the sides. How does this sound? is it too much, did I choose enough exercises to get all of the ab muscles?

What is your body fat percentage? Maybe you should update your profile.

One thing to remember with all that ab work, if you don't diet correctly, they will never show.

Don't bother working your abs daily. You'll get your muscles by working them three times weekly but if you don't change your diet, they will never show.......

15-20 set of abs DAILY?? You're probably detraining them, meaning you're breaking them down and not giving them a chance to repair and then breaking them down again. I wouldn't be surprised if you lost muscle!
BTW, your abs aren't going to get all the great if you're not training more of your body. One muscle will never grow too far out of proportion to the others.
