Hello guys
i joined this community about 3/4 weeks ago (the time i started going to gym that is :D) and i've been avoiding introducing myself until i read the rules and regulations and general questions and answers.. so that i don't use a lot of ur time in answering something which is already answered in the previous posts.. to my astonishment.. most of the things i needed to ask are already there :D.. so i think i'll just say HI to u all and keep the questions "pending" for some other time.. (the time i get some questions to ask that is ;) ;))

thanx for the reply carivan.. well to be honest with u i've been able to find out most of the workout routines i need to know from the previous posts.. the only thing i'm lacking is the diet.. u c.. everybody talks with using the words carbs, protiens, fats etc :D.. and i'm pretty dumb in that.. i know you have a lot of knowledge by reading ur mails... here's my diet of a normal day.. can u tell me what i'm missing and what i should add?
BF: 1 glass of orange juice then 2 whole eggs boiled 2 slices of brown bread and a cup of tea
12pm: a bowl of salad composed of lettice, cucumber, tomato, olives and onion along with a tin of chick peas and a grilled chicken breast or chicken whole leg.
6pm: (after workout) two glass of milk
8pm: dinner composed of two chicken grilled breasts or vegetable curry with rice or pitta bread followed by a cup of black tea
11pm: a glass of ispaghol orange flavor
i know it might be pretty dumb diet :D.. any help would be appreciated
