Hey guys wuts the deal with following the home exercise plan on this site? Is it any good if you want to tone?

I am guessing home plan relies mostly on bodyweight and freeweight exercises that can be done at home...yes they are effective at gaining muscle especially for beginners....with some basic equipment at home you can do whole body exercises....ie barbell, weights,adjustable dumbells.....if you got a cage then that's fantastic....because you can do everything including squats....

it is good, but for beginners.
there would be a time when it wont work for you anymore. and thast when you are going to have to hit the gym :big_smile:

Home plans work if you set it up properly.
You can make some great gains with dumbells and an exercise ball.
