I just wanted to thank the directors of this site. There is a lot of information that I can use. I've lost about 150 pounds and am having a hard time losing that last 10 pounds. A personal trainer friend of mine told me that it's because of my diet, that I don't eat enough calories per day. Well, because of this website, I now have a directory of nutritional foods and supplements that can help me in beating those last ten pounds. Thanks again for this website!!!
