1)Am I supposed to do the whole sets (4) in the same day?
2)Am I supposed to do them 1 after another or should I
do 1st set..reset...do 2nd set... I dunno..:(
3)If i only have 2 weights:dumbbell: of 2kg...what should i do ?
First, welcome to FT! Yes, you are supposed to do those in the same day. Progress each set until you have finished the number of sets required for that exercise.
If you have limited access to weights, then you'll just have to do as many as you can with what you have. Since you cannot go heavy, you may want to keep your rest periods shorter.
