I read a post from awhile back, and it says if I want to lose this body fat, that the best thing to do is wake up and get on the treadmill or whatever cardio machine for 60 minutes everyday, and this fat will melt away..I know I should eat something right after....I have lost 59 pounds since Sept. 2004, and I have the last 25 to 30 pounds to go,and want to lose it by June or July, can this be done if I do 60 minutes a day, and eat right. I am desperate to get these last pounds off! I went from a size 20 to a 10, and I need the fasted but healthiest way possible, before I start my resistance training with weights etc.

My bet is that you could probably be down up to 16 pounds by june, maybe 20 by July. Yes you can do it with 60 minutes of cardio AND eating right daily.
HOWEVER: Your body is likely to resist responding to such conditioned behaviour, I would suggest you mix up the cardio routine. Try a day a week of HIIT for twenty minutes, build up to twice a week. Change your pace when you do cardio for 60, attempt to beat your speed, throw in a few hills or increase the resistance if you are on a machine and so on.
Lastly, have zero toelrance for deviations on your diet, if you are on a healthy and sustainable one, for it's in the kitchen that most of the damage is done.
