i am 17 years old eat like a horse, and weigh 155 lbs... i need to bring my weight upto 180 in the next 6 months (thats when football season starts) i am already very quick now im looking to add power... i am going to buy some creatine or however you spell it... now i just need to know what to do...

although if anyone knows of another supplement or some other type of muscel builder then please also let me know of that... and its 2 in the morning so just excuse the spelling errors i might make... lol :)... and if anyone was wondering my team lost in the state championship game thats why i want to get bigger/stronger... or faster and quicker...

sorry your first post didn't get replied to.
If you want to gain weight then your primary concern needs to be consuming enough calories and protein, the building blocks for muscle mass.
What is your intake like just now?

i eat lots of meat always at dinner sometimes at lunch, and i usually eat at least 2 cups of white rice a day... thats the big stuff...
here is a list of whats in the supplement i bought...
protein: 15g, b1: 2.5mg, b2: 2.5mg, b6: 4mg, b12: 12mg, niacin: 30mg, folic acid: 100mg, biotin: 10mg, pantothenic acid: 30mg, sodium: 10mg... so does that look pretty good? or should i buy a differant one?

also if someone could give me a good schedual to follow for 4 days a week then that would be helpfull... im kinda just doing whatever when i goto the gym... if you could give what to do that would be great... also when im working out should i do my max weight and then just do as many reps as i can? one last thing... i know that alot of big guys are not very quick cause they dont work out the twitch fibers or whatever they are called how do i work out to keep my speed and quickness up as well?

My point was that it doesn't really matter what supplements you take if your calorie intake is insufficient, you won't put on weight. I've maybe misunderstood your post, but do you have a problem putting on weight?

yeah that pretty much sums it up... no matter how much, i eat i cant gain weight... i have been 150lbs sense i was about 14...

noah try a weight gainer. There are allot of them out there universal real gains tastes pretty good.
