I was going to ordering some of this stuff from trueprotein.com because eating a lot of egg whites is getting pretty expensive and i was wondering if anyone has tried it before and could recommend a good flavor. i tried to find egg protein in another thread but couldn't.

we tried a Gluten/casien free diet
it wasn't for muscle gain so I can't comment if it would help or not

The chocolate is ok. I use it periodically. Quality protein source. Eggwhite protein has been a mainstay for years.

One a side note is there any protien powder that dissolves
very easily in water and/or milk?

In order to really dissolve protein power powder into
water/milk I always have to use a blender, otherwise I
get undissolved chunks. It should would be nice to just
be able to use a spoon to dissolve the stuff.

Any suggestions?

TIA

Yes, look for "instantized" such as optimum nutrition.

A bad example is Myoplex, that stuff does not mix for crap without a blender.

the first casein protein powder i tried was GNC brand because it was on sale. but that stuff didn't dissolve worth a crud. I mean it was to the point where i would stir it as hard as i could but it wouldn't blend any more.It was like i was drinking jel.

Wow...if I did that then maybe I wouldn't have high cholesterol. Oh well, live and learn...I'm learning from my mistakes and correcting them today.
