What is the correct or more effective position of incline bench: 30° or 45°? I have seen both in a gym but didn't have time to ask why?

I think about a 30 degree is good. If you get too much more, you start to involve shoulders moreso than upper chest. Kind of "feel" for it.

My advice is to do all the possible inclinations.... It's good for your body and muscles to change regulary.

Yes the more "high" it gets the more you'll be working your shoulders as well.
