Hello everyone! I'm new here, I just happened on this great website today while looking for exercise routines to do to firm and tone my whole body. I've had a fairly slow, but good weight loss, which began in January 2003. To date I have lost 110 lbs, but since it was a fairly slow weight loss, I don't have a tremendous amount to firm and tone, but I still need to firm and tone none the less, emphasis on abs, arms, upper legs and behind (lol). Help or suggestions as to exercise routines that I would benefit from are greatly appreciated! Thanks and glad to be here!:)

Hey Tonya...I'm new as well and have been learning a lot lately about diet and building an exercise routine. However I decided on a circuit training program to lose the excess fat I have built up as well as firm and tone. You can Google "circuit training" and get some ideas on how to put together a pretty good routine, in or out of a gym.

Keep us posted.

Thanks for the suggestion, I'm currently working on the fit & tone home program as suggessted by FT. Began Monday like I was supposed to. Did my first push-ups in almost 15 years...that was an experience..lol...but I hope it will get easier. I'm also walking everyday and doing the 12 week ab program. What exercise could I do to firm and tone the bottom portion of my upper arms? Thanks a bunch!:)
