I havnt had a good bi or tricep workout in weeks. i changed up my routine but it still doesnt help. i feel sore after the workout but the next day i feel nothing. whats wrong?

You will probably not always feel sore the day after a workout.DOMS(delayed onset muscle soreness). If you are fairly well experienced, been lifting for a bit, this is quite possible. I know I never get it any more, unless I do something very rare, and then it is just a little. As long as you are gaining..growing, then I wouldn't worry about it. Are you doing triceps and biceps the same day? May try splitting them up if so. I have a hard time hitting both well when I do them the same day. Usually better workout in one than the other. So I do them on opposite days.

if i decided to do the same routine over and over, would that hinder me from gaining?

Your body adapts to whatever stresses you challenge it with. If you do the same thing all the time, you can maintain whatever gains got you there but your body won't have have a reason to adjust (and grow).
