im a young girl and im 5'0 im built well all except for my stomach...its FAT!! ive gained 10 pounds in 3 months! how can i lose my belly fat? HELP its almost summer and im going to swim in a tshirt!

Hey, Welcome to the site. It's the best place to start on the path to fitness. Most everyone here will tell you 5 pieces of advice
1-Check your diet. Abs (or flab:) are made in the kitchen. Clean out all the fats and sugars from your meals, and eat at least 4-6 meals high in protein a day
2-Get a personalized workout here on this site and hit it! Work out your entire body. Targeting just your abs alone only gets your stomach muscles work. Working your whole body makes your entire muscle groups burn calories
3-Cardio is a must. At least 3-5 times a week, try to after lifting (your call)
4- Create your profile (suggested when you started) in the photo showcase/my personal showcase and tell us about yourself and your goals so more educated answers can be given to you.
And 5- use the Fit Buddy at the bottom to ask a question to see if anyone has previously asked it before. Don't hesitate to ask questions though, there's some really educated and helpful people here. Good luck, keep us all updated, we're eager to hear progress!

Welcome Linz...I'm just getting started here as well. I've completely changed up my diet (per some great advice on here) and am working out 3 days a week. My goal is very similar to yours though...trying to lose about 15 lbs in about a month and a half. Best thing you can do is commit to it and keep coming back here and reading what the experienced people are saying and you'll get off to a great start and you will actually be excited about it.
