Will it screw up my progress if i only do the "specialized" or whatever their called exercises on this site and not the "regulare" ones? I have these othere exercises i already know how to do and enjoy and was wondering if i could use them as my basis (of course combined with cardio and weights)exercise

are you talking about isolation exercises vs compound exercises?
isolation exercises are good at targeting just a specific muscle group and at adding detail to the muscle....however you should do these exercises after compound exercises...unless you're using some tecnhqiues like 'pre-exhaustion'....
