Okay, So this is , I think, the third time I've restarted the 8 week general progression program, and so far so good, I'm into week 3!
I do have a couple of questions though...
1. I've read A LOT of articles from a lot of different magazines on lifting and fitness etc etc, and the one point I seem to come away with is that on any program I should be lifting 80% of my 1 rep max (I love the 1 rep max charts btw). Is this true? I've been doing it for 2 weeks already.
2nd... And this is more of a tech question... I rely on the 1 rep max chart for each days routine, so I know how much to lift. Unfortunately the charts won't show up anymore, I just get the little x like it was supposed to show me my chart, but it doesn't exist. Is this my computer? Or a problem at ft?

Thanks,
Paul

I think that applys to people looking for massive strength gains, like weightlifters. I'd perhaps do 60-5%

If your still having trouble with that picture displaying, try clearing your cache/cookies and reloading the page. If your using IE you can go to tools-->internet options, delete files and delete cookies buttons. You could also try clearing out your temp folder, start-->run type "%temp%" and then hit OK and delete everything in there. That may or may not help, depends on what's wrong but it's a good step.
