I've read about overtraining -- all the stuff about it, but don't you think the programs here are short in volume (even thore in advance training)? My trainer gives me 5 exercises for big body parts and 4 exercises for small ones. Some of them are supersets. I do two bodyparts every workout and exercise 4-5 times a week. Do you think I'm used to this but do you think I'm overtraining?

Need to know more about you. Goals, etc. Fill out your profile including body fat %, training level and such so we can make more educated comments about your training. I know the mass builder program is less movements then I am used to but if you approach them with intensity and focus, it's all that's needed to get results without killing yourself in the process.

The very best advice to you Marka is, LISTEN TO YOUR BODY!!!!
We are all different so the amount of work and the way we exercise will always be different as well.
Don't overtrain or you'll just create problems for yourself (longer time to reach your goals) but if you feel that you can do another exercise then do it!

What are your goals?

Personally, I think the workouts here are high on total sets. Of course, I've only looked at one, so I can't say anything for certain. What did it tell you?
