Can't get weight over 165ibs

im now 165ibs and have been this weight for over 2 months now and i just can't seem to get anymore mass. I found it easy to get to this point but now its just like it seems to have stopped dead. Ive tried increasing my cals and also my protien intake and my carb intake and neither seems to help. Ive even cut out the cardio and just focused on weights and free weights. What can i do help :(

Keep increasing your calories until the gaining starts. 500 per day is a good number. You say you increased calories, apparantely it wasn't enough.

500 calories a day?? i dont think thats enough? did u mean increase it 500 a day.. or was it a typo for 5000? idk

He meant adding 500 to what you already take in....
