Hi everyone, I am new to FT and I will be starting my exercise program on Monday. From all that I have read on this site, I have learned a lot of valuable information. I hope to learn even more as time progress. My current plan is to lose 50-60 pounds through proper nutrition and exercise. :big_smile:
