I have been using the reverse close grip with a cambered bar. I have noticed some good increases with it.

I've just started using a reverse grip for ME excercises. I've done regular, close grip, and board press so far. I think im gunna go back to regular grip for a bit, but I will be sure to rotate in reverse grip every know and then.

good luck blue....just don't do too many of those exercises....just do 1-2 exercises....and go intensely....2nd exercise is just a finisher....you may not even need it...
